After every use clean your grillz with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired.

Gently rubbing the surface of your grillz using a soft jewelry cloth also helps restore shine. Squirt a small amount on a paper towel and rub gently over the tarnished areas.
